Fueled by creativity, innovation is about more than producing great ideas; it is about producing great ideas that become reality.  Innovation, and especially rapid innovation, occurs when disparate forces come together to spark new and unique products, processes, methods or applications.  Organizations that succeed in creating inclusive cultures where diverse thoughts, perspectives and experiences are valued are also creating fertile ground for innovation.

In today’s world where change occurs both rapidly and continuously, innovation has become a critical factor in an organization’s ability to achieve long-term success.  Organizations of all types – public, private, non-profit, educational – are striving to build work environments where innovation thrives.  Through the training offered at this Diversity Leadership Development Institute, participants will develop both personal and professional skills that can help them maximize the power of diversity to spur innovation.
