society. A distinguished panel will address the concept of evolving

Rubén Martínez, an Emmy Award-winning
journalist, poet and performer, is a Loeb
Fellow at Harvard University’s Graduate
School of Design and Associate Professor of
English in the Creative Writing Program at
the University of Houston. He is the author
of the acclaimed book, Crossing Over: A
Mexican Family on the Migrant Trail, and
The Other Side: Fault Lines, Guerrilla
Saints, and the True Heart of Rock ‘n Roll. His most recent work,
The New Americans was featured on the landmark PBS series
detailing the lives of migrant families in the U.S. |
