Registration Fees include:
Continental breakfasts, refreshments, Wednesday evening program, Thursday evening reception, Friday evening program, Saturday luncheon, and a Certificate of Attendance for those completing a two- or four-day workshop.
*Registrations at the student rate are limited. Verification required. Student rate not available for 4-Day Workshops.
Group Discount: Deduct 10% for groups of three (3) or more. To receive group discount, registrations must be faxed or mailed and all registrations must be submitted together.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs): Add $15.00.
Refund Policy: To receive a refund, written withdrawals must be postmarked no later than May 2, 2008. No refunds will be made after that date. All refunds are subject to a $60 administrative charge, and will be mailed out after the conference.
