NMCI’s Director of Training, Ms. Maria Morukian, has published an article in the Winter 2009 edition of Leadership Exchange, a publication of NASPA - Student Affairs Professionals in Higher Education.

This article, entitled “Under One Roof: Managing Across Generations and Cultures,” provides a comprehensive look at strategies to manage generational and cultural diversity within the workplace. Generational and cultural values and behaviors significantly impact the workplace environment. This article examines how diversity can be used to increase productivity and maximize work teams by utilizing the unique strengths of employees.
