Creating Safe and Supportive Environments Through Dialogue
How do we create safe and supportive environments for America’s young adults and employees so they enjoy equal opportunities to learn and thrive? Are we properly preparing our youngest generations to participate in a diverse and changing workplace? In an ever-shrinking and competitive global world, these are among the questions that remain top of mind for those who hold a stake in the education, development and well-being of America’s young people entering the workforce. Surely, the fate of our nation relies upon our ability to meet these challenges with a clear blueprint for success, which we can only achieve by having the courage to engage in open and candid dialogue.
During this presentation, he will share: the opportunities and obstacles he has encountered in his lifelong journey as an advocate for our youngest generations; how we can respond to conflict through open dialogue, rather than debate; and discuss recent initiatives he has launched in his role within federal government to ensure these safe and supportive environments.
